    Excess weight and metabolic deviations

When the weight will not move despite diets and effort, measurable causes often sit behind it — blood sugar, liver enzymes, body composition, oxidative balance. We measure them, read them together, and the plan stands on numbers, not on yet another diet.

What do we measure — and why?

The complaint becomes measurements. Here is which — and what each of them tells us.

Deviations in HbA1c/glucose, raised visceral fat, GGT/ALT/AST, hs-CRP and an imbalanced redox status.

    Why these
Each test answers a specific question raised by the complaint. All of them are part of the assessment — one visit, so the values describe the same day.
    The tests
    • BMI and bioimpedance analysis
Muscle, fat, visceral fat and water separately — not just weight.
    • Rapid laboratory tests
Rapid markers within the same visit — glucose, HbA1c, liver enzymes as the case requires.
    • d-ROMs and BAP
d-ROMs measures the oxidative load, BAP the antioxidant reserve. They are read together: the same value means something different with a high or a depleted reserve.
    • HRV analysis (Kubios)
A five-minute resting recording — the variability between heartbeats shows the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic branch.

Depending on the case, the doctor decides which of these give useful information.

    • HbA1c
    • insulin and insulin resistance
    • lipid profile
    • body composition
    • liver metabolism
    • inflammatory status

    The therapies that follow.

Each one leads to its own page — the mechanism, duration, price and contraindications.

    20–60 min · 20 €

    Hydrogen inhalation (H₂)

The patient inhales molecular hydrogen through a device. H₂ acts as a selective antioxidant — neutralising the most toxic free radicals without suppressing useful signalling molecules — and is used to reduce oxidative load and support recovery.

    10–20 min · 20 €

    Photobiomodulation (PBM)

Red and near-infrared light exposure aimed at mitochondrial function, microcirculation, inflammatory modulation and tissue recovery.

    per treatment plan · 210 € per month · 20 €

    PEMF therapy

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy with individually set programmes. The aim is modulation of tissue bioelectric activity, microcirculation, pain, recovery and autonomic regulation.

What do we track, before and after?

The plan is checked in numbers, not only in how it feels.

    HbA1c

Metabolic and liver markers from the rapid laboratory.

    glucose

Metabolic and liver markers from the rapid laboratory.

    GGT

Metabolic and liver markers from the rapid laboratory.

    weight

Body composition — muscle and fat separately, not just kilograms.

    HRV

    Autonomic balance — a five-minute resting recording.

    d-ROMs/BAP

Oxidative load and reserve — re-measured at the follow-up.

    How does it start?

You do not need to know in advance which test or procedure you need. That is decided at the assessment.

The assessment is a single visit of about two hours: examination, ten groups of measurements and a written plan — 420 €.

The solution is chosen by a doctor.

The procedures are prescribed after the initial assessment and a contraindication check — this page describes the approach, not a prescription.

The assessment is read by a doctor, not by software — internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, parasitology and metabolic health.
